The Internet has been an obsession of today, including for the Muslims. How convenient it is that the Internet has taken over most of our daily times.

Wherever we are, we should live according to the Islamic principles that have been outlined, including on the internet and the social media. Isn’t Allah is All-Seeing and All-Knowing of our actions: either the loudest of them or the ones we did behind people’s back?

Here are 3 rules how Muslims should not behave on the net. Make sure your Muslim friends are enlightened about this too!

3 Golden Rules: How Muslims Shouldn’t Behave on the Net
1. SHARING BEFORE CONSIDERING.
Ask yourself: is it authentic?
Ask yourself: is it for a good cause?
2. COMMENTING WITHOUT WEIGHING THE IMPACT.
Ask yourself: will it be good & beneficial?
Ask yourself: will it cause dispute?
3. CROSSING THE LINE.
Ask yourself: is this leading to lustful desire?
Ask yourself: are you lowering your gaze?
